RETURN POLICY

According to the legislation in force, the BUYER has the right to notify the SELLER in writing that he renounces the purchase without penalty and without citing a reason, within 14 calendar days of receiving the product, bearing the return costs.

To return, it is enough to send the product and you will receive its value in the specified bank account. The product must be returned accompanied by the purchase invoice to the address: Strada Târlungui, Săcele 505600, ELECTROPRECIZIA Industrial Park, Brașov county. The product can only be returned if it is in perfect condition, including packaging and all original accessories, with no signs of wear.

Shipping costs for returned products are borne by the customer and include both initial and return shipping. INNOVA-TEC BUSINESS SERVICES SRL will refund the value of the returned products within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the product and the written notice of withdrawal from the contract.

**Return procedure:**

1. Complete the return form online or attach it to the package.
2. Prepare the package with the product, the purchase invoice, the warranty certificate and the completed return form.
3. Make sure the product is properly packed in its original packaging along with all its accessories.
4. The package must contain the product, the invoice, the warranty certificate and the completed return form.
5. Send the package to the mentioned address with any courier company, but keep the following recommendations in mind:
 - **Parcel insurance**: Insure the package to avoid loss in case of damage during transport.
 - **Parcel opening**: Opt for the opening upon delivery service to check the integrity of the product at the destination.
6. Inform us by email at sales@heliofold.com of your intention to return.

**Important note**: Do not send parcels with cash on delivery, the amount owed will be transferred to the IBAN account specified in the email or form. Parcels sent by the Romanian Post or with cash on delivery will be refused.

Return shipping is not included in the refunded amount, it strictly covers the value of the product.

The return policy complies with GEO 140/2021. Situations that do not comply with the legislation in force will be analyzed individually. If the returned products show signs of wear or damage, INNOVA-TEC BUSINESS SERVICES SRL reserves the right to withhold part of the value of the product, after its evaluation. The refund will be made no later than 30 calendar days after receiving the product.
